Joie de Vivre Event Management is owned and operated by Paula Benedict. A senior professional with over 14 years experience in the events industry working on corporate, in-house and agency projects.

Possessing strong project management, planning, budgeting, organisational and interpersonal skills. Paula has been involved with major corporate events on an in-house basis for KPMG and Hammonds (Solicitors). Followed by a move into agency work with projects for First Direct, Marks & Spencer and ASDA.

Sincing forming Joie de Vivre Paula has begun to build up a diverse portfolio of project and event management for the Pharmaceutical Industry and other clients on an individual and freelance basis. Forming associations with other larger agencies such as World Events, Universal CIT and The Phoenix Partners

Joie de Vivre Event Management currently offers a wide range of event management services covering all aspects of event logistics; from delegate registration, delegate correspondence throughout, drafting/designing invitations, organising mail outs, sourcing and booking UK and worldwide venues, rooming lists, transfer lists, dietary and special requirement lists, transportation list, DMC management, venue scheduling and negotiation, activity sourcing and arrangement, on-site delegate hospitality, seminar materials, promotional materials, working in conjunction with/managing other suppliers (ie AV, Production, Video, Theming etc), feedback analysis post event.

Joie de Vivre's Event Management experience and skill set ensures that difficult events are turned around on tight timescales and delivered to an exacting standard, on time and on budget.
